Sticking to the basics - Monday
Hi Liz - here is my plan for the day...
B: Sausage & egg burrito
S: Banana
L: Lite turkey & ham w/cheese on ww tortilla; grapes
S: Apple
D: Stuffed cabbage
S: Nuts
E: Treadmill - just getting back to it so not sure how long or how far I'll get, but its a start! Really want to get rid of 30 more pounds and know the only way its going to come off now is to get my rear in gear!

ok...this is going to be quick...its hard to type and i have been on here too long already...gotta go give them a rest.
Havent had much of an appetite since surgery on friday, but here is what i will attept today.
B: 1 egg; with cheese, 1/2 piece of ww toast, 1 slice turkey bacon
L: the couscous that was made at Liz's on Saturday...cant wait to try it!!
S: cheese
D: whatever my mom makes me LOL
S: fudge pop
I am more concerned with getting fluids in right now....i still have about 15 pounds of fluids on me from the IV and its not coming out!!
