Dr. Charles Herman, Stroudsburg,PA

x post:  Hi, I posted this on the PS board, and was told by Jackie to post it over here too, because most of the PA PS people are here :)    I am almost 2 years out, and need my panni removed.. due to selfpay I will not be able to do the whole TT.. just the panni.  I heard a little bit of Dr. Herman from Stroudsburg, but I was wondering if there are any peeps in here who actually had PS with him...and how things went? Hope to hear from some of Yous. Karin :)

Don't know if this is of any help, but a girl I work with had a Breast Reduction in Aug.  Done by Dr Herman.  No she didn't have WLS, but she is more than happy with the results of her reduction!!!  She said he was a great surgeon and did a fine job!  If you want, I'll ask her for more details on Wed when I see her!  Just let me know!

Hi Jackie. Thanks for your reply. Yes, it would help to find out about his standard fees, and all that. I have not made an appointment yet, but try to find out as much as I can before I actually drive all the way there... so every bit of info helps :)   Karin

hi i drove over 2 hrs to utilize him as my TT and BL surgeon he is skilled and wonderful and I am happy with his work. you would be in good hands. I bet that he could work something out with you to be able to get your tuck too, just talk to him

The only PS I know and that I also know people have used is Dr. Atul K. Amin. I`ve heard incredible stuff about his work.

Hi Karin,

I just had plastics with him on Friday. He was wonderful.  Very skilled, very maticulous, very much a perfectionist.  He did my arm lifts and a breast lift and implants.  I came out of surgery feeling great...the staff was wonderful....i have had almost no pain.  I drove 2 hours to see him and it was well worth it.  I will be doing a lower body lift with him hopefully in the fall. 

I would recommend scheduling a consult with him, but also see several others so you can compair and find the right fit for you. There are many excellent surgeons out there and we are all looking for the right fit for us.  I know a lot of people that have had plastics and not all of us used the same doctor, but all were great doctors.  It is important to shop around.
