Sugar-Free Peanut butter Easter eggs made with PB2

I just made some SF easter eggs

mix 1 cup dry PB2 with 1/2 cup water mix well and refrigerate overnite,
roll PB into oval shape and then
melt some hersheys SF chocolae chips and coat PB with melted chocolate
place on wax paper & refrigerate
