My first WOW

Hi everyone I wanted to share with all of you this morning I had my First WOW moment. When I started this journey back in December I was 465lbs this morning I got on the scale and I am happy to report that for the first time in over 6 years I am UNDER 400lbs. I am 398lbs to be exact. This is huge for me because for the last 6 years all i seen was that 4 in front it felt good not to see it there this morning. I just wanted to share that with all of you. I am gonna go be a gym beast now and again thank you to all of you for the inspiration. You all are a very big part of my journey now.

FREAKING FANTASTIC FRIDAY FOR YOU!!! That is so awesome and I'm so happy for you - Congratulations!!! It feels wonderful to see that first number change like that - you're well on your way and only good things to come from now on.

Do the happy dance - you deserve it!!!
