B; 1/2 bagel with light cream cheese 
S: fage with black cherry preserves
L: 1/2 roast beef and cheese sandwich
S: cheddar cheese
D: steak and a veggie - I shopped last night so I have lots of choices!
S: chocolate pudding

What's on your plan today??

B: Special K protein Cereal w/ soy milk
S: SF apple sauce
L: Drug Rep day, so whatever the let us order. (hopefully Red Loster again!) LOL
S: probably nothing
D: Steak and broccoli
S: Bananna

Ahhh sorry I haven't gotten around to posting all week,!   it's been rather hectic!

I'm on day 5 of the 5dpt, and have lost 7 lbs so far.   Yay!!

Today I'll be eating....

b- Chicken breast
l- ground turkey
S- tuna
D- Chicken on the grill! we're going to grill in the beginning of spring :)   thought it was appropriate!

Hope everyone has a great day, and don't forget...    Free rita's water ice today!   Wonder what their sugar free flavor will be!??!

You're right - it is a better title!! Altho I actually did better than my plan yesterday since a friend called and invited me to lunch - and treated! So I had a salad instead of a sandwich.

Today's plan is:

B: Sausage & egg mini-quiche; 1/2 lite english muffin w/sf jelly
S: Banana
L: Arnold bakery round w/lite turkey & cheese; sf pudding
S: Apple
D: ???
