Western PA support/cooking group

Hello everyone!! Did yins all enjoy the b-e-a-utiful weather the past two days?! I did.
I know a couple weeks ago someone posted something about getting a western PA support/cooking group organized but I hadn't heard anything more about it. I say "enough lolly gaggin"...lets get this thingy underway! First off I think the best thing to do is to find out who's all interested and where you are all coming from. That way we could possibly find a "middle marker" to meet. I'd gladly share my kitchen if more than 2 of us could fit in there comfortably, but unfortunately that is not the case. We'll climb that mountain when it gets here, but first lets just see how many people are interested and maybe we'll start out with just meetings and go from there.
I know Magee-Women's Hospital has meetings once a month, but myself personally would like to have more than 2 hours of support a month.

I am with you, I live in Altoona but I am in the 'burg at least 3-4 x's a month.  Let me know when and where.

Count me in for sure.  I live near pgh airport, only a short skip to downtown and am willing to travel.

would be willing to host at my house but my townhouse isnt friendly for a larger group

I am definately in.  I live in the city and have a decent sized kitchen...not the best setup, but it will work. 

I am also willing to meet somewhere the first time, just to get know each other.  I do go to a support group meeting at AGH monthly, but not enough.

I live in Pittsburgh (south) and work in town and I am interested.  I can't offer up my home because of the size and lack of parking, but I am willing to go wherever the meetings are...
