Good Morning all! This is another rought plan - I need to shop tomorrow so there are slim pickins!
B: bacon egg and cheese on an english muffin
S: fage
L: running out to get something - maybe a salad with meat and cheese
S: cheddar cheese
D: something with ground beef and a veggie ( I think that I have zucchini and green beans)
S: e-gads after reading back over my plan it better be a protein shake! lol

Slim Pickin's for me too! But I will make it work a little. It just may not be the BEST.........LOL

L: Chick-fil-A sandwich. And no I am not throwing the bread out. LOL. I indulge in these once in awhile.

Hi all - didn't post yesterday - OMG it was the WORST eating day I have had since surgery - nothing but cheese and crackers all day - just didn't have the motivation to cook or do anything else. I finally made some little egg quiches last night and had that for dinner.
Here is today's plan - much more structured (and better!)
B: Sausage & egg burrito
S: Banana
L: Chicken w/almonds and cashews and veggies (no rice)
S: Protein bar
D: Chicken orzo soup
S: Not sure
E: Bike - haven't been able to ride since hubby's been sick (bike is in the bedroom) - am hoping he is up and about tonight so I can get a ride in. But I have been getting more walks in since he hasn't been able to help with walking the dog.

B: 4 oz egg beaters
S: 8 oz sf carnation
L: 4 oz pureed chicken w/pesto sauce
S: 8 oz sf carnation
D: 4 oz pureed beef stew
It's wierd because this seems like too much food to me right now. I am following my nut's guidelines so I guess it's not..I didn't think I would ever think 4 oz of food was too much lol!
Any tips? I know most of you are alot farther out than me :) Thanks!!

Hi Des!! of course you can join us!! Congrats on doing so well! I don't think that I could eat 4oz of food for a while even though that is what the nutritionist reccomended at the time. Kristin is fantastic though and wouldn't lead you a stray! I am a Brader baby too :)
Tips - well protein and fluids are key, you get those in (which it looks like you are doing a great job!) and you will do great!!
