S: fage with black cherry preserves
L: chicken with veggies and pasta (just a little bit)
S: cheddar cheese
D: salmon and zucchini
S: maybe a sugar free ice cream bar
lots of decaf peach tea and water - maybe a decaf iced latte after work

B: Scrambled eggs with chese and onions
S: Applesauce
L: Steak and brussell sprouts
S: No sure. I forget what snacks I have at the other office for myself.
D: Something chicken and probably broccoli w/ cheese
S: Protein drink

D: Will be at a friends house, not sure what they are having

Yesterday was a fly by the seat of my pants kind of day, but I did ok...way too many carbs, but I stayed away from fats and sugar.
Here is the plan for today:
B: egg white, cheese, lite english muffin, turkey bacon
S: Cheese
L: kasha, chicken and green bean caserole, small salad
S: sf pudding
D: Kasha caserole
S: sf fudge pop
Lots of water. I drank nothing but coffee and diet coke yesterday.....if that didn't eat a whole in my pouch I will be surprised!
