Stupid Question..

The same thing happened to me!  My goal weight was 130.  At one point I dropped down to 124 and I didn't look good.  I hadn't been trying to drop those 6 pounds...it just kind of happened.  However, I now generally stay between 126-130 without doing much to change it.  Granted - I'm a size 2 or 4 depending on the cut - size 6 is definately to big on me - which is soooo bizarre to me.  When I started this journey I would have been completely happy with a 10 - never never NEVER would have thought I would end up a size 2.  But your body will know what is right for you - it just takes some time to get there and for it to balance itself out.

I do have a decent amount of carbs in my diet - some days more than others.

And my husband thinks I'm looney - cause I moaned and complained about being 124 and I do the same thing if I go over 130.  "there's just no pleasing you" he says - and sometimes I think he's right.

I for one am jealous!  I went from a 26-28 to a 18 and some 16's and I know I am not suppose to compare myself to other people Dennis yiped at me so did Susan but other people weigh more than I do and wear smaller sizes so yup I am jealous.  Only kidding. I am so ready to go clothes shopping for smaller sizes!
