have no clue.. but I did it
I finally broke my plateau! I dropped to 230.0 this morning after weeks of hovering around 233-235. I have no idea how I did it. I did stick to the Back to Basics, but was eating "too much" even went to NY for a week and stopped writing everything down while I was gone.. ate some carbs... oh, man, they were good.... and then when I got back, which was just Wednesday afternoon, I got a bet better, and back to proteins again....but still over doing it in the evening...

Good news! I'm on a plateau too and I'm trying not to get upset about it. I've been hovering at 191 for a week. I understand the too much at evening thing. I still have that problem. During the day I barely eat enough to keep a housefly alive but at night I feel like I could eat like king kong!
