I just joined a gym!

Just don't wear the leg warmers that were oh so fab in the 80s to work out it!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Ha! Yeah....I went to one way back when they had the electric belts you wrapped around your ass, hips, and thighs to SHAKE the fat off!

I joined Snap Fitness in town here. It's fully equipped, it's huge with big tv's and massage.

Yeah , huge vibrating belt around the midsection...........surprising those places werent packed with housewives........LOL.........
