16 1/2 mos....
B: Oatmeal custard (thanks liz! made it last night - yummy yummy! I used vanilla extract soley and then added some dried apricots and dried figs - awesome!)
S: Greek Yogurt w/ berries
L: Probably a salad from somewhere
S: ??
D: Promised hubby we would go to Friendly's tonight. I probably won't behave. That's my confession for the day

lol well us not behaving at Friendly's is 2 options
1) eat ice cream and dump
2) eat something fried and chock it up to it happens once in a while!
I do believe I heard a rumor that they have a s/f ice cream though.
I love the oatmeal custard! I have visions in the spring of making it with almond extract and fresh strawberries! Might even try that now with frozen berries.

Terrible day for me! No planning, fridge empty.........UGH!

S: Handful of pretzels
L: whatever the drug rep brings. (probably cheese pizza, I worl with alot of catholics)

the rest of the day is tentative, have to see how much I can get in
L: baby food meat and baby food green beans

D: baked cod and mashed sweet potato
now this looks yummy to me on the page, but i know it will only be a few spoons of each, if i can take it all

Hi all. I have had a less than stellar day but I did at least plan for it. It did not happen by accident so I can live with it better.
B- Scrambled eggs with cheese and onion.
S- chai latte
L- Salad bar with lots of protein in it.
Lobster Ravioli ate 2
D- Lobster ravioli LOL
S- greek yogurt with SF preserves
