****Friday Roll Call****

Hello everyone!

I'm not sure why I'm up this early when I dont have to be.  I had a schedule change and now I dont have to be up till 6:15AM most days.  I guess old habits are hard to break.  I've been sipping coffee and surfing between here and my other addiction (facebook)  If you haven't added me yet.... please do!

I get my order today at work and will be spending today putting it up.  I love doing that.  Not sure why.  Maybe because its physical mindless work.  We did a reset on the shampoo isle and I'm looking forward to checking out all the new products.  I know I'll be buying more shampoo that I dont need yet.  LOL.  My shower is full of different kinds of shampoo!

Good Morning Diane!!  I am back amongst the living and feel as such as well!

Last night when I got up from my very fitful 4 hour sleep work called and told me they were over staffed and did I want the night off!  Uh - yes please thank you very much ma'am!  So my 8 days off turned into 9 days off.  Although I had already slept some of yesterday.  So I went out and got stuff for dinner (hadn't thawed anything cause I didn't think I was gonna be home)  Hubby and I had a very nice dinner together.  Then I finally uploaded photos from my digital camera which, some have LITERALLY been sitting there since October.  OMG.  I feel like that commercial with the digital photo of the kid blowing out the bday candle and it comes to life and the kid yells at his mom for having everyone "stand there for months"....lol

I did go back to bed around 1am...but got up around 5am probably due to sleeping yesterday.

Anyway...today is chock full of stuff for us and I can't wait to tackle it all!  First we must go to PENDOT and get Brian a DL.  Nope - he never changed his license since we moved.  oooops.  Then after that we must go get his car registered and put a PA plate on it.  Obviously since the license wasn't done, we couldn't do that either.

Then I have some banking to do.

Then we are going paint shopping, whoo hoo!!  No, that's not sarcasm...I'm actually REALLY excited to do this!  We are DEFINATELY painting the bathroom and the kitchen on my days off.  I would like to say I want the bedroom and the living room/hall done as well - we'll see how ambitious we are as my 8, uh, 9 days off has already started filling up with things - how the heck does THAT happen??

And we are stopping by the ever giving ever helping Liz R. house to pick up some paint supplies that we can borrow so we don't have to buy the stuff.  Thanks again so much, Liz.  You're a GREAT friend!

I also need to figure out dinner.....and we might tape off the bathroom in prep for painting - we shall see.

Mornin,

Today is another volunteer day at the hospital.  I think I will be going over to the cancer center since the majority of the work in the main hospital is transporting patients and I am unable to do that. 

Got another pattern for a baret to go with the shaw I am knitting so I will be busy with that.

Nothing else going on.

morning all.. I'm sitting at the computer waiting for my daughter to get ready for school.  I'll take her up to the bus stop, then I need to go get blood work done.  My PCP wanted a follow up cholesterol test done and I kinda put it off a bit too long.  My appt with her is on Tuesday, so hopefully they will get the results over there quickly.

Then, I will come home and do a series of pack,relax,pack, relax.  I need to get on the ball with the packing part of that series though because the end of the month will be here before I know it.  I actually do have a lot done.  I can't do everything because we need some of the stuff here.

Later tonight, take Siehara to dance and then we will probably head to the mall.  There is a bingo at the middle school, but I think that I am broke and can't afford to do that.  At the mall, we just window shop so that does not cost anything and I get my walking in.

I have a busy weekend ahead, so I may not post roll call...brief run down

Saturday: synagogue, drive to dad's house in Lehighton, brief nap at his house while waiting for my cousin from Virginia to come up.  We are having dinner there, but I'm sure I will be raiding the cheese or eggs depending on what she is serving.  I don't want to try something new away from home.  Then my sister, who is driving in from Delaware to see said cousin is coming back to sleep over at my house and I am going out to karaoke.

Sunday : sleep as late as possible.  Siehara has her dance competition and she has to be there at noon.  Not sure what time she goes on, but we have to be there early and stay for the awards presentation until around 6 or 7.  Long day, will bring cheese stick and lots of water with me.

Good Morning all...........

I am at work this morning. Maybe till about 3 today. We shall see. My "very bestest friend in the whole wide world" is getting Lap RNY this morning. As we speak! I am so sad I could go with her. but my boss had a furneral in Pittsburgh today and coverage is thin so I plan on leaving work as soon as the last patient is done so I can go see her.

So everyone pray and have positive thoughts for my best friend. (Luisa) I am sure she will do great!

After that, who knows. Johnny will be taking his doggies to the groomers after work so who knows how long that will take. We have no childred this evening. We may grab a bite to eat or just hang at home. We haven't decided. Nothing exciting though! LOL

Good morning.
I'm new to the forum, as of just this morning.
I'm off in a bit for my appointment to talk about revision surgery.
I think it's an appropriate option for me, it's a matter of getting my insurance company to agree though.

Will drop in again later this afternoon or evening, when I get home.

Good morning everyone - its Friday the 13th! So far, so good, except that my sugar free vanilla iced coffee from Micky D's tastes a tad like hazelnut this morning - not sure what that's all about, but I do believe its sugar free so I'll enjoy it. If I write later that I'm dumping we'll know this is what did it!

I'm at work - my daughter is supposed to call this morning - she lives in Seattle so we only get to talk about once a week -thank goodness she's an early riser because we can usually talk early in the morning. I miss her and the family so much...they were going to try to come back here in April over spring break but my s-i-l hasn't had much work so I'm not sure they have the $$$ - if that's the case than I'll probably be hopping a big old jetliner and heading west.

Taking some more rings to the jeweler this afternoon to be re-sized - I have 3 there right now along with 2 bracelets - let me tell you it is so nice having things DOWNSIZED for a change!! Rings have gone down 2 full sizes and am having at least one inch removed from my good bracelets! I've also been cleaning out my jewelry box of old stuff I don't wear anymore - have another pouch of gold to take in - hopefully I'll get a nice bit of change for it.

Other than that not much else going on - we're having a pizza lunch today that we're all paying for instead of the company - with the economy the way it is the boss has said no more free lunches for a while - that's cool - we can chip in.

good morning!  Not much exciting going on here today.  I am going to end up at the office late today....I have been incredibly busy and will be out on monday on business, so I need to make a serious dent in my cases today.  Tonight will be a quiet one....I need to go shoe shopping for a new pair of black heels...my current pair is WAY to big...I look like a kid wearing mommy's shoes LOL.  I will probably hit the gym too.  And, tonight sounds like a good night for sushi and since I will be working late, I will not want to cook.
