Hello, I was rushed this morning so it's not as planned as I'd like.
B: 2 chicken breast tenders
S: Fiber One cereal (dry)
L: have to grab something on the way to a doc appt, so probably will be crappy! UGH!
S: Banana
D: Chicken Breast on the grill, Broccoli, and some carb side for the kids, I am avoiding it tonight!
S: popcorn? maybe

B: Breakfast casserole; 1/2 Arnold bakery round
S: Banana
L: Tuna on 1/2 arnold bakery round; soy chips
S: Apple
D: Turkey ham w/green beans & potatoes (maybe, depends on whether or not I can eat it - leftovers don't always agree with me.
S: ??
E: Bike - 40 minutes
