Hi Liz and everyone - I saw your confessions of yesterday, Liz - you really didn't do that bad. I do think at least posting a plan on here helps me stick close to it during the day. I'm still logging my food, too - not so much on weekends but always during the week. I think I'll cut back a bit on my proteins during the week - almost getting too many anymore and I think it also amounts to more calories, so today I started later and we'll see how it goes.

B:  Breakfast casserole; 1/2 lite english muffin
S:  Apple
L:  Salad probably (going out to Ruby Tuesday to meet a friend)
S:  Banana w/sf pudding
D:  Turkey ham w/green beans and potatoes
S:  NO SNACK TONIGHT - am going to try cutting those out as well.

E:  Weight training tonight - at least 20 minutes (since I'm just getting started again)

Hi Kathy!

I happened to catch your B2B post from the other day and just out of curiosity, how come you are going to try cutting out your last snack for the evening?  Are you eating it too late?  Do you feel it's just adding up to extra calories your body doesn't need?  I'm curious because unfortunately, I find that I am pretty hungry in the evening so I almost always have my last snack.

Hope you're having a good weekend,
Lisa :)

Hi Lisa - I'm eating too many carbs in the evening - crunchy carbs and its not good. I'm trying to eat dinner a little later so I don't get an empty feeling before I go to bed - and its probably more head hunger than anything! I haven't been 100% successful cutting out the snacks but I am trying to pick better things - cheese over carbs, etc. I think its part of the reason my weight loss has really slowed and I am getting more calories than I need.

I've gotten to used to eating 6 times a day that its hard for me to stop - and that's really when I want the crunchy carbs - sitting on my butt in front of the TV!!

Kathy

Hmmmm I will have to read your "confessions" from yesterday.  I'm sure it's not as bad as you think it is - but we've all been there.

Wasn't exactly fabulous while at my parents house but wasn't bad either.  Just not as regimented as I should be.

Here's the lose game plan:

B:  Greek Yogurt w/ berries
S:  Hi Lo Cereal
L:  Red Pepper Soup
S:  Riccota Cheese
D:  ??  Probably scrambled eggs when I get home
S:  Probably nothing
