Wednesday Roll Call
Hi Norm, Hi ladies. Boy do you ladies give intimate details about the you know what with the you know who. I had physical theraphy today the alarm went off at 8am and Linda hit the snooze button twice and figured I better get by butt up hit the shower and do my girly stuff. I got a pleasant, wonderful surprise on my cell phone. The job I applied for in Feb. came through I got it! Yay! Yipee! I am so thrilled!!!!! Can you tell? I start on monday. I then went to the farm and caught up with Cassidy and Tiki's blacksmith and paid him and then spent time with my horses and went home. I am so looking forward to going back to work. I had a protein shake for breakfast, special k with raisins and 1% milk for lunch and small pieces of corned beef for a snack and lite applesauce. Being good today. Life is being good for once.

I got up late and had one of those intense days at work, without a moment to breath. I am home, and just getting ready to crash on the couch with my needlework. I am feeling rather cruddy from my sinus surgery still. Tired, but not as bad as I felt last night.

well here it is 6:20 pm and I am just posting roll call. Dare not sit here and lurk so I'll let u know what I did today.
Put DD on bus, came home and went back to sleep for a couple hours.
Called disability services to extend my leave another week or so. I am now scheduled to go back 1/2 days March 25 nd then resume full time on April 6. That should be sufficient time for me to get through the day without a nap.
Called the surgeon so they can fill out the paperwork for said disability extension. While driving to mall, I gott a call from Linda Scrip checking in on me.. thanks again Linda!
Went to Best Buy Mobile to get warranties/insurance on our new cell phones, as well as cases for them. Checked Boscovs for shower curtain--no deal
Went to Home Depot to look for shower curtain and spice rack-no deal
Walmart-found shower curtain, no spice rack or matching rugs/towels for shower curtain
Kmart-found spice rack
Then, I thought I had to waste some time until I had to pick my daughteer up from choir, so I went into Aetna to say hi to a few people... and to thank the girl *****ferred me to my surgeon. She looks fab, 11 mos out and lost about 100 lbs I think. Then, I went to Target to look for rugs/towels to match curtain. While in Target I get a text from my daughter asking where I am. Apparently since the choir had a field trip to do a show today, they didn't have practice afterward. Oooops.. nobody told me. So, she went to the neighbors' house and waited for me to get home. TG she was home.
Geez, no wonder I need a nap during the day.. LOL
Came home, made tilapia witth mashed potatoes and corn. I ate a small piece of fish..new food, stayed down fine!
We are going over to our friend's house to give her and her son their birthday presents..both of their birthdays are today. Then we will stay for a bit with the kids so the dad can take the mom out for dessert. I just reminded dad that he needs to put the 1 1/2 year old to bed first since I can't lift him.
That's it... in detail.. busy day.. tomorrow morning I will rest A LOT! I promise.
