Ok...you asked for it...here is my boring day....

Work
Allergy shots
Dinner
Karate
Home to veg on the sofa...MAYBE I will go to the gym first

Oh yeah and I will sing "Give me back my filet o' fish" about 3 million times.  The dog hates it so much, she actually rolls her eyes at me and leaves the room.....

Well who am I to defy Norm's request!

I was up extra early kissed Dennis goodbye then took my shower then out the door to my GYN appointment. Are you glad you asked now???
Had a good talk with her then made my way to work where I had oatmeal for breakfast and now eyeballing the orange sitting on my desk.

Work is boring so I checked EBay auctions and liking the totals!  After work I am going to hit up a few stores for things on sale then home to cook dinner which is left overs from last night and then watch TV try to stay awake for Dennis to get home from work then sleep.

That is my exciting life in a nutshell!

Enjoy the day all!

Well you run a tight ship now DON'T you??

And this "ridiculous early riser" WAS up - just saving lives one idiot at a time and  unable to get on here any earlier.

Today I got home made up my yogurts and ricotta cheese, put stuff away from being away....and am now hanging out on here much later than I should be.

And if you MUST know about the TRUE happenings of my day, I'll chime in on the same lines as Beth...

....I also did my pee on a stick to see if I'm ovulating (which I am not yet by the way) to see if hubby and I "need" to start doing something about having a baby anytime in the near future.

Now you know EVERYTHING I have done today.  The only thing that is left is to finish up on here, take a shower, and go to bed.  Back to work tonight 7pm.

lol well geez if we are getting into THAT kind of detail I will also pee on the good old ovulation detector strip when I get home from work and expect the line to me mostly dark  which well leads to that baby making thing...lol aren't you glad you asked! I don't get to post the exciting Gyno info until friday though.

Norm is NEVER going to start roll call again! lol

I don't have a line beyond the test line as of yet........so no baby making for us quite yet....and you are right that's the last time he wants to hear about OUR days, LOL  Next post will be "I want to hear from everyone except those going to female doctors or peeing on anything....."

Well if we are being that detailed..........I "tinkled" myself walking back the hall at work. Had to put on my spare scrubs and scurry around for someone to lend me a maxi pad in case it happens again. (so I don't smell like urine for my sons concert this afternoon)

Ahh the joys of being preggo and having the little turd plant himself right on your bladder!

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Hi Norm & PA,

Good rule. . .

Taking a little break from the new full time job I have, which is about networking, tweaking my resume, posting it online and taking care of Dillinger and me. . .

I feel better today then I did on Monday when the shock of unemployment hit me and the reality that there is very little in the way of jobs that I can live on out there, which is not to say that I am unwilling to consider anything, but I must be real here, when I say at this point in time, I am not willing to work at a job that cannot help me towards my living expenses and my hurt me in the long run, so I will continue to pursue whatever is going to help me towards that goal.  Not to mention my dear son, who means well, but makes an ass out of himself sometimes (but then again, I've been known to do that myself), kind of left me feeling like I was some sort of a slacker, when he told me that "I'd better get another job NOW and not procrastinate about things".  He plain old pissed me off, as I am not a procrastinator about things that are of great matter to my living situation and he should realize that about me, just by virtue of all the things I have overcome and accomplished in my life, so that along with finding out on Monday that I will not even get enough unemployment benefits to cover my mortgage payments, just put me in a dark place for a little while, but I'm over it now and back to believing, left foot, right foot, breathe is the way to get through this, trusting in God's plan for me and just putting forth the effort will lead me wherever it is I am meant to be next. . .

Anyway, got up this morning, took a shower, got dressed and sat down at the computer to see what is happening and post resumes.  Now I'm going to go to the gym and take care of my physical self.

You all have a good day.

Hugs, prayers and positive thoughts, Laureen
