B2B Tuesday
OK - I am fessing up.... I didn't do well with my food at all today...
I ate my english muffin with light cream cheese for breakfast. I got too busy and missed my snack. Lunch was a few bites of a salad with chicken on it. Afternoon snack was a few pretzels and dinner was pulled pork and some macaroni and cheese... I think I should make a protein shake for snack now....
It was a bad day at work and I took it out with my eating - bad girl but tomorrow WILL be a better day!
Just thought that I would come clean...

Hand full of almonds in the car because I really wanted chips.
ANother bannana WTF???
1 slice of buffalo jerky Yuck
Chef salad
Protein shake
I will still have some greek yogurt I am sure.
