Morning everyone - Liz must be tied up this morning so I'll get the thread started. I am 1+ year out and here is my plan for the day...

B:  Protein shake
S:  Sausage & egg burrito
L:  Lite lunchmeat & cheese on Arnold bakery round; soy chips
S:  Banana w/sf pudding
D:  Breakfast casserole (eggs, cheese, crumbled bacon)
S:  Apple

E:  Bike (while casserole is baking)

What's on your meal plan for the day??

I am being bad today! Yikes. But I will post anyways........I have to be accountable!

B: No sugar added Apple sauce
S: was too busy so far
L: Chili Cheeseburger from Sonic (1/2 of one actually)
S: SF snack cake from tastycake
D: chicken breast, angel hair pasta
S: Not sure, maybe just protein drink

TOO MANY CARBS TODAY!

Here's the low down...

B:  egg white, cheese, turkey sausage
S:  fage yogurt with Museli
L:  salad with cheese
S:  Cheese and crackers
D:  turkey burger and baked beans
S:  cheese and crackers

Can you tell I have an addiction to cheese?  LOL

Thanks for getting this going Kathy - we are having a horrific day at work and well things are just calming down!!

B: 1/2 english muffin with cream cheese
S: didn't have one
L: few bites of grilled chicken and lettuce
S: ricotta
D: pulled pork and broccoli

I know - not the best of foods but I feel yucky and it has been such a stressful day! Thank god there aren't potato chips or french fries in the building! lol

How do you make the pulled pork?

Pardon the buttinsky , but if your interested I have a great pulled pork recipe for ya. Take a can of your fave diet cola add that to one cup of ketchup ( i use the low carb heinz variety) mix those 2 well . Place pork tenderloin in crock pot and cover with cola/ketchup mixture and cook on low for 8 hrs. When you hit the door after work man o man does that smell good. When ready to eat just fork shred pork , should just fall apart. The sauce for this is awesome, might sound funky, but tastes great. this is also good with chicken as well.
