High Calorie Smoothie

Ok, I know there are a number of people that need high calorie smoothies for after workouts, etc...

This is the closest I can get to a high calorie smoothie... this isn't for the faint at heart lol...

1 single serve muscle milk- vanilla
3/4 cup of SF vanilla Ice cream
1/2 pouch of sf chocolate pudding mix
1 banana

Blend...

But because I'm a HUGE dork... I pitched the containers to everything because it was the last of all of it... but if I remember correctly the muscle milk has 260 calories...

You need th chocolate and the banana to cut the sweetness from the muscle milk... it just tastes super sweet to me...

what about using cocoa powder instead of the pudding mix? might make it less sweet.

the only thing that is sweet is the muscle milk... everything else cuts the sweetness lol... strange I know but very true... I tried drinking another vanilla mucsle milk yesterday and added some plan milk... and ugh it was still super freaking crazy sweet... hehehe...

I think they make a lower-carb muscle milk, don't they?

Might not be as sweet?

Probably...but I think she is going for extra calories and what not due to the pregnancy and steroids so she probably needs the not low carb one in order to get in the calories and what not...
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

yeah this would be a lot easier if had this issue before gastric bypass lol... but then again before it I had GD and I never want that again...

Well off to drink some OJ with Ice cream in it... short by about 700 calories for the day... ugh this SUCKS!!! But off to watch Chuck... so that will help lol...

I had the lower carb one... only 7g of sugar... and it had fake sweeterns in it...

and I was wrong... 330 calories lol... is what the drink had... 32g of protein... looked at one at the gym where I bought it...
