Soooo how did you do over the weekend??

I did OK - did have pizza for lunch saturday, but 1 slice of thin crust.

Todays plan is...

B:oatmeal custard
S: ricotta with cinnamon
L: ordering out - I am thinking salad
S: cheddar cheese
D: maybe leftover pork roast and broccoli
S: s/f tapioca pudding

I did so-so over the weekend - Friday night was NOT good - drank my dinner because we were entertaining my husband's family and man, some of them can really get to me. Saturday and Sunday I did much better...

Today my plan is:

B:  Protein shake
S:  SF cookie w/PB & banana
L:  Tuna salad on arnold bakery round; soy chips
S:  Apple
D:  Salad; spaghetti w/meat balls
S:  Protein bar (small)

I did alright over the weekend.  Not phenomenal but ok.  Sunday I spent most of the day grazing my way through.  Although I did make a protein shake (skim milk, greek yogurt, berries, and crystal lite) which was awesome and filled me up when I realized what I was doing.  Here's what I do know:

B:  Greek yogurt
S:  Apple and PB
L:  "salad party" at work.  Everyone is bringing in various salad things and we will have a nice healthy buffet of things to choose from. 
S:  Greek Yogurt (I am out of cinnamon otherwise this would be ricotta cheese)
D:  ??  Have to figure that part out

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

My weekend was not so great either, but not terrible!

Today is....

B: I slice left over pizza
S: 2 SF Chocolate Chip girl scout cookies
L: a hamburger w/ slice of melted provolone
S: banana
D: Broccoli Cheese soup

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

I did pretty horrible over the weekend. UGH

Thank God tomorrow is another day,.

B- scrambled eggs with cheese and onion


L-  Probably tuna salad
bannana

S-  chai latte

dinner WW frozen meal

S- almonds and greek yogurt
