New lower sizes are the best! To me it's better than the weight loss. I have people asking me if I lost weight, when i haven't so I can tribute it to exercise.

My wow moment was tucking in a t shirt and it actually looked good.

Smaller sizes are the best. To me they are better than losing weight because it shows that my hard work at the gym pays off.

Wow moment for me: tucking in a t shirt and looking pretty ok like that.

my wow moment was that I understand the high schoolers that I work with more than the older women lol... I soooo don't get them

Okay Heather my post is a little late but my WOW moment (and A BIG THANK YOU to Laureen) was fitting into size 6 jeans on my Surgiversary. Laureen and everybody who at the last Barix Saturday meeting told me that my size 10 pants are ready to fall down. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I would fit into single sized pants or shirts for that matter.
