I will get his started for Liz today and then I have to run!  Work has been crazy busy!! 

B:  special K protein cereal with skim and banana, slice of toast
S:  Apple and cheese
L:  tuna and almonds and green peppers
S:  sf pudding
D:  protein pasta and eggplant
S: cheese and stone wheat crackers

B: 100 calorie english muffin, fruit salad
S: Spinach dip and a few pretzels
L: roast beef and provolone rolls ups, 1 small spoon of potato salad
S: s/f tapioca pudding
D: pork chop and eggplant or zucchini
S: not sure - maybe some cheese

Hi girls - one year out and here's my plan:

B: Lite english muffin; 1 c 1% milk
S: Banana w/Simply Jiff PB
L: Turkey & Ham w/cheese on arnold bakery round; grapes
S: Apple & cheese
D: Not sure yet...
S: Protein bar

Book club tonight - no exercise.

Here we go..........and I cheated already with my snack.........GRRRRRRRRRRR!


B: 1 slice of bread w/ tuna salad
S: 2 Thin Mint cookies! (geesh)
L: Chicken Cheddar Broccoli Soup
S: No sugar added peaches (canned stuff)
D: Left over of either soup or tuna
S: slice of toast topped with SF Jelly
