question for my Barix peeps

How many days of food logs do I need to bring to show the NUT?  I've been tracking mine online and I need to know how many days to print out and I can't remember how many days I need.

If I remember correctly, they look at 3 days, but I'd print out a week's worth.  Good luck on your appointment.

Last weel I took 2 days worthof logs..well I filled it out in the lobby because guess wht I forgot them!  Surprise I know! 

LOL!  I always worry I'll forget mine, although I suppose if I had to, I could probably remember what I've eaten the past few days.

OMG the nuts must have thought I was nuts, because I took in 3 months worth at a time!! LOL!!

ROFL.  I pulled what Beth did.  Printed two days worth (what they want to see) and left it on my desk at work.  So I had to scribble fast in the lobby.  LOL.  Good luck ar your appt.!
