B2B Monday..........anyone?

Well I didn't see a post for today. And I normally do not post on that thread anyways.

But since Pam "confessed" the other day, and I spilled my guts along with her, I decided I am going to try and do it each day.  So here it goes..............


Breakfast:
Sheetz coffee w/ 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
Sliced chicken brest lunch meat wrapped w/ provolone (3 pieces)

Snack:
1 bananna

Lunch:
Tuna salad on toasted arnolds sandwhich thin

Snack:
cubed Colby Jack cheese

Dinner:
?? Maybe a piece of chicken breast  and left over broccoli w/ cheese

Snack:
Not sure yet

Jo - Thanks for starting this -I usually do it but my day is all thrown off because of the weather!

B: egg sandwich on english muffin, 20 oz decaf with skim milk and splenda
S: cheddar cheese
L: chicken soup
S: chocolate pudding
D: not sure - Chris just called to say he'll be home! I didn't plan anything
S: s/f cake!

I'm having a totally lazy day and no real meal plan but so far it hasn't been too bad...

B: Special K w/protein cereal
S: SF oatmeal cookie w/peanut butter
L: Chili
S: Cheese & pretzels
D: Chicken breast; salad
S: ???

Ok...so I have been doing pretty good.  I don't know if I should count monday from when I went to work Sunday night and got home monday morning or if I should count from going to work Monday night into now.  Just to bore you I will go over it all...

Sunday
woke up:  2 cheesesticks
Snack:  Greek Yogurt
Lunch:  Chicken meatballs
At work
Ricotta cheese
Edamame Salad
Greek Yogurt
home in am:  Egg w/ cheese

Monday night
Woke up;  2 cheesesticks w/ 4 crackers 6:45pm
20 ounce decaf tea w/ milk and splenda
16.9 ounces crystal lite
Snack:  Chicken Meatballs 10pm
20 ounce decaf tea w/ milk and splenda
16.9 ounces crystal lite
Lunch:  0130am Ricotta cheese 2 teaspoons PB (yes, right off the spoon - like a pre schooler)
16.9 ounces crystal lite
From here on in is the rest of the game plan from now (0218am until bed about 11am)
20 ounce decaf tea w/ splenda and skim (it is FREEZING at work tonight...the tea is the only thing from keeping me becoming a complete pamscicle)
Snack 5:30ish amGreek yogurt w/ berries
16.9 ounces crystal lite
Probably another freaking tea
Dinner (9am ish)  Pork loin and probably a spoonful of rice a roni I made for hubby
12 - 24 ounces crystal lite at home

Thanks, Jo.  I have dropped some of the weight I gained - also got my friend - so I still don't have an answer as to it being real weight gain or water weight - either way - I'll take it.
