Scared to death! Need Advice

Im seriously upset and worried. I woke up this morning with blood in my urine.  I did have a uti about a week ago. does anyone have any advice is this a sign of a serious problem? I have a dr appt at 115 but im freaking out !!!

Sorry sweetie - don't know :( Hope that it is just irritation from the UTI - Pam should be home from work maybe she'll check in soon!! CAll your Dr office and ask to speak to a nurse!

Anyway.. I am feeeling pretty crudy now. My back hurts. I feel like poo!! No fever or chils but back hurting. Im trying to chill out but Im getting married in 12 days!! I need to be READY!!! teehee

Since you just has a UTI, that is most likely the cause. That happens. And since you are going to the doc, I wouldn't fret. they will take care of it.

to me it sounds like the UTI has moved to your kidneys... call the nurse and stuff... I hope everything is ok...

Anyway...probably most likely an increase in the UTI.  Maybe up to the kidneys  No fever or chills are definately a good thing.  Probably an increase in antibiotics and what not.

Blood is very very VERY common in the urine with a UTI.  Infact - even though you can't see it - most of the time it is there when one starts out.  In cases like me and my mom - blood in the urine is our first sign - not the irritation or burning or frequency you generally assosciate w/ a UTI
