Good Snowy Monday Morning to Everyone,
Can you tell I am in a good mood?  I have off from school.  What a blessing for me today.  I can finish my grades and try to fix my printer, and goof off and watch reruns the rest of the day.

Sunday had me at church for part of the morning.  I had less pain in my ear, but it is still bad at times.  I am hoping Monday it lessens even more.

So, in addition to finishing my grades, which I thought were done but aren't, I will be cleaning off my car, and heading to my IOP program in the evening.

If you have to go out in the snow, be careful and stay safe.  If you don't have to go out, stay warm.

Well I went outside around 2am and Allentown wasn't to bad at that point.  We'll see what it is like when I leave and also by my house.  But from what I heard on the weather report later yesterday afternoon you guys by Philly were supposed to get hit harder than the Lehigh Valley Area - we are "only" expected to get 4-6" where as other areas can expect about a foot!  Oy!

Anyway - I'll be venturing home and then packing up some food and what not for work.  I did do some of the laundry I needed to get done yesterday, of course most of it is not folded so perhaps I will do that when I get home.  Then it will be off to bed.

Try to contain your excitement over my days activities - I know they are a lot for some people to handle, LOL!

The snow is missing my neck of the woods and I'm glad.  I HATE snow.  I work today from 6AM-2:30PM and then start my mid week weekend!  I'll be going to receiving again today instead of my department.  I know its good to know more departments than my own but its starting to drive me nuts.  The people that are supposed to learn my department and be my back up arent doing it and I'm constantly filling in for their 2 departments and mine is hurting because of it.  I have this sick feeling that the receiver is going to try and call off again for tomorrow and they will want me to come in.  Oh well......I will cross that bridge when I come to it.

Well I better take my pills and put on my face.  Don't want to scare the customers today!

(((((HUGS)))) Trish I do hope that you are feeling better and get some relief today!!  But at least you got a snow day!!

As for me I too am loving the snow day but unfortunately for my step daughters Pottstown has school today!  Whatever shall I do all by myself all day!! LOL  I am so excited!! Hee HEE!!!  There are not many times when I get to enjoy a day bymyself so I am going to cheri**** today and have some "me" time!!!

I am definitely going to finish putting things away at the new house and getting things organized.  Then I will finish grading tests and pretty much enjoy the rest of my day!! 

Hope everyone has agreat day and if you need to go in the snow today please be careful!!!

**UPDATE  Pottstown closed the schools....sigh..no alone time for me...oh well!****

Hi all,

I think this is the first time this winter we haven't been the first to get inches of snow.  However, yesterday I saw two bluejays and one cardinal and I heard lots of bird songs.  Spring is coming!

Today I am hoping to get my travel check from January.  I need to pay for my dog's teeth cleaning Wednesday.  She needs it bad!

Today, my hubby starts his new job.  I pray he can keep it. He has another possible job in Charlottesville, VA.  I told him the only way we could do that is if they moved us down.  I really don't want to move again!!!  I am starting to make a life for myself here and I don't want to be uprooted again.

So, no real plans for today.

Well Yay for you to have a snow day and be able to do things and goof off too!

Because of icy road conditions and the fact that I have 30 miles driving time to and from the train and the possibility of delays on the commute, I've decided to stay at home and keep Dillinger company.

I'm sure I can find something to do around here.

Good Morning...........

After driving to work as slow as a turtle, I made it. Roads were pretty bad, I didn't see one plow truck out so far. I hope they get out there soon cause it's coming down heavier as we speak and I have to leave this office around 9 and head to the other office. so we will see.

After work, I will head over to the hospital for an appointment. I begin NST's every monday and thursday till Jantzen is born. So that will be a hassle but they will do it after work so I don't have to worry about taking off, so that is nice.

After that, it's home to make a quick dinner and then finishing up some organizing I am doing. I have been cleaning out clothes and drawers and what not as we move bedrooms around.

Good morning my PA fam!! Oh what a wonderful feeling it is to NOT be the ones covered in snow for once! Everyone who does have snow, please be careful driving if you plan on going anywhere, and those who are "stuck" at home today enjoy your time off!
Spring will soon be here! I haven't seen a robin yet, and that's usually how I can tell but I have faith that this weather will break. I found a gym up the road from my house that I never knew was there, so I think I'm going to check it out. Also, I tried my purees a bit early (one day) and my first "food" was cottage cheese YUMMO! Today I think I'll try some scrambled egg beaters.

Hello  from the Pocono's!  Not too much snow for us (in fact, I was somewhat disappointed... the grass isn't even fully convered!)

Working from home today as I have doctor's appointment late this afternoon.  I hope we can get my synthroid level regulated.... hasn't been right since surgery and that was almost 12 mos ago!

Had a very productive day on Saturday -- although I missed the fun at Liz's.  Very successful fundraiser for our greyound adoption group! 

Happy snowy Monday. I am SOOO glad I don't have to go anywhere.  It's not bad here yet, but they are saying that with the wind gusts it's going to  be COLD and blowing.  Glad I can stay inside and look and surgery gives me the perfect excuse not to have to  go outside and shovel. YAY!! 

Today does have me working on laundry.   I had my daughter bring down her basket so I wouldn't have to carry it.  I can handle doing the washing/drying part, I think. If it hurts to get the stuff out of the washer, then  I  will have Siehara do it.  She'll LOVE that... NOT!!! LOL!

I am also going to do our taxes today.  DH  wants me to do them married/separate, but I know we will be  penalized big time if we do that so I told him I would prefer to do them married/joint this  year and then we can do them separately next year.  He said he knows the consequence (doubtful-I've ALWAYS done the taxes for us), and just wants to move  on "separately".  I told him that if he wants ME to move on, then I need $$ to do it.  I think that worked.  I think I am still  going to process them separately to show him the difference.  Honestly, I think  that he  might suffer more than me if we file separate, but I'm  not sure.  I'm going to see how that works out too  and  maybe I'll stretch the  numbers a bit just to make a point.  HEE HEE!!!

Anyway.. if you DO have to go out, be careful and bundle up.  Have a great Monday!
