where I found the protein cookie recipe...

I have an online friend with a food blog... and Dara is where I got the protein cookie recipe that Liz changed up... as I told a bunch of people yesterday at Liz's someone in her family is Jewish... not sure if it is all of them or just her or her hubby... I always forget to ask...

Anyways... Here is her blog: http://chickinthekitchen.com/  She has a lot of recipes that we can eat... or change up so we can eat... so far what I have tried they have come up really well... there is also a lot of veggie dishes here... so if you don't meat... this is a site to bookmark because you could fix these and then just add some tofu to it to round it out etc...
