What's your favorite "go to" snack?

So I am kinda stealing this idea from the preggo board. Someone asked what their favorite 100 calorie snack is. (not pre-bought necessarily)

Some people had some cool ideas. And since alot of us were just confessing our terrible habits lately, I wondered if you guys had some good ideas. I am going to the store tonight and want to plan some meals and snacks for the week.

So tell me guys..........what are some great "go to" snacks that I can have ready so I don't reach for the Doritos in my co-workers desk!

It is one of the Skinny Cow ice cream bars.
If you want something healthier though - I love asian pears.

I like string cheese or bananas. Sometimes little baggie of grapes or if there is a fridge yogurt yummy:)

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

I almost always have baggies of the following in my fridge at home and at work

sliced cheddar and mozzarella cheese
cheese sticks
leftover meat cut up
trail mix (raisins, cranberries, cherries, and nuts)

I Also always have greek yogurt cups, ricotta cheese, bananas, apples (although the skin bothers me), soy chips. Oh and international foods swiss mocha!

and for those really bad salty crunchy days - hull less pop corn!

Hope this helps

Thanks for the suggestions so far. Please! More are welcome. My problem is that I am lactose intolerant so yogurts so NOT agree with me..........not at all. Which stinks! And grapes make me dump. I know they are high in natural sugar, but it's funny how a small piece of chocolate won't make me dump but a few grapes does the trick each time............

PS, I figured out the skinny cow thing. I googled it. It' s no wonder I had no idea what it was. IT's ice cream and well...................I can't go near the stuff or I will be sick as a dog, so I am not "up" on what's out there.

I do love cheese, bananas, smoked almonds, and SF apple sauce.

I eat nuts I try and read the serving size on the can and stick with that because they are easy to eat fast and too much of.
I like almonds
cashews
macadamia
almonds really are the best.

I eat string cheese.

I like the Ka****LC bars the honey flax and others. They are not too bad in the sugar dept
and do have some protein.
You can get boiled eggs at any wawa and sheetz pretty easy

If I have tuna already made  I will eat that on the go, It is all about prep
