I use the daily plate it has all the foods and how many calories you are consuming in any given day. Some people use Spark people I personally like the daily plate. How are you doing?? Any more pain or gas problems??

I use www.FitDay.com It is so easy to manually put your food in so you don't have to look through the list. You can also track your weight and activities and set a goal weight. Good Luck ;)
