Has anyone here had Drs. Garber or Monk?

Thanks for answering.  Sounds like everything fell right into place for you and like it was something definitely meant to be.  I have two meetings next month scheduled with the weight loss center, I believe one of which is with the nutritionist.  I'll keep you posted. 

My surgery date is March 30th and Dr Garber is doing my surgery.  I thought he was great the first visit I had with him and I meet with him again on Thursday.  The Clinical Weight Loss does count and if you have talked to Debbie at all, she heads up the evening support group meeting at York Vo Tech. Dr Garber's office required me to go to the pulminologist and the only cadio type thing I had to do was have an ekg.  I did also have to meet with psych and nutritionist.

I'm just getting to the board and saw your reply.  That's encouraging news that you like Dr. Garber.  I guess once you complete your requirements, then it goes to insurance for review, and then the date.  It looks like this took about a month after completion?  I'm not sure of your age, etc., but if you would like to chat via PM, that would be cool.  I'm supposed to go to the meeting tomorrow night at Vo Tech, but with the snow who knows if they'll even have the meeting.  Have to play that one out, I guess.  Have a great day!
