Good Morning all!! I am 2+ years out and here is the very rough plan - so far this week work has dominated my life and changed a lot during the day
B: sandwich crisp toasted with cream cheese, ricotta with splenda & cinnamon
S: cheddar cheese
L: have to pick something up
S: chocolate pudding
D: chicken with spinach - I AM going to get this in tonight! lol
S: protein cookie

I am 4 1/2 months out (time flies!!) I worked out 60 minutes with my trainer today (ouch)
B- yogurt with kashi and chia seeds
S - Protein Shake (post workout)
L- Tuna cup with lf mayo and soy chips
S- Protein Shake
D- Turkey cutlet with a mixed berry sauce (I found the recipe on the gh website and it is very baratric friendly) with green beans
S- not sure yet probably pudding

S: 1 cup fat free milk with s/f decaf international coffee and s/f syrup
L: Turkey, gravy and a little mashed potato
S: Protein bar
D: shrimp something-or-other and veggies
S: fudgesicles
