Morning Liz - I'm one year out and here is my plan...

B: Protein bar; 1 c 1% milk
S: Stringcheese
L: Bakery round w/turkey, ham & cheese; banana
S: Apple w/Simply Jiff PB
D: Crockpot pork chop dinner
S: Nuts

Hopefully dinner will go down better tonight than last night - I got about 4 bites of food in and had to stop - something wanted to get stuck big time - thankfully I'm learning not to continue shoving food down when I get that feeling so it passed in about an hour, but I was bummed because I had made a good dinner and then couldn't eat it!

I am a few days shy of 16 mos out.  Where the heck did that time fly by?

B2B went totally out the window the past few days for me.  Part of it was stress, part of it was work, part of it was lack of sleep, and part of it was me just being lazy.  Got on the scale...and it shows a 3plb gain in just over 1 1/2 weeks.  Enough to scare the **** outta me.  Now - I *may* or may not be do for my female friend within 10 days (suddenly my cycle has been all screwy...I think it knows I started counting so that next month or so Brian and I can seriously start to try to get pregnant, and I do mean SERIOUSLY try)....but anyway...so that 3 pounds may be just my monthly water weight issue...but I know a good part of it, if not all of it, is my lazy carb and grazing that has gotten me there.

Tonights goal:  Absolutely postively NO snacking on things I do not bring with me.  My food, my time frame, end of story.  Extra water

B:  Oatmeal
S:  2 cheesesticks
L:  Salad with chicken and cheese
S:  Ricotta cheese
D:  ??  The only thing I haven't gotten planned.  There's plenty in the house, so I'll throw something together when I get home.

I'm still here, and still trying hard.. though, funny enough, the last 1 1/2 to 2 weeks have also been hard on me and I've grazed too!  hmmmmmm..  the moon???

Anyway, I had gained between 3 and 4 lbs too, but as of this morning, I have lost all but .2 of that... so I am happy, and now motivated to keep at it!!

Breakfast:   Protein Shake
Lunch:   Chicken Parm (the frozen kind like Chicken Cordon Bleu)
Snack..  A latte and some almonds.
Dinner :  most likely more chili... made it last night and it is banging!!!!! (with cheese, of course)
Snack..  soy nuts, protein bar... something like that.

I'm at 232.2 currently... can't get in to change my ticker for some reason!!!  can't find it!
