OT:Popping and hitching

I am asking the medical folks out there.  I don't have any health insurance at the moment.  At the base of my neck, in the front, where the two colar bones come close to meeting, I have this popping and crunching when I move my arm a certain way.  I almost feel a bump on the end of one of them.  It is becoming painful.  Have any of you medical folks heard of this.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

I am not sure what is going on with you for sure, but have a suggestion otherwise for you.

If you are in between insurances or have a lapse, etc...........call your county office. I know in our area, we have an insurance called the Healthy York Network. It's specfically for cases like that. It covers 2 maybe 3 counties. I know it covers the two I work in. I often suggest this to patients who are out of insurance for the time being. Maybe your area has something like that.

No popping or crunching advice, but thought I would throw my 2 cents in about the insurance part. I know that can be stressful.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!
