Ive been MIA for awhile
Weel I have been MIA for some time now - my life has been in shambles. Lets see - my husband and I are in th emidst of getting a divorce, i started a new job, im now a single parent again, my daughter's biological father is back in the area from Florida, and Im still trying to stay on track with my weight losss goals. I have been losing still but recently hit a stall (im now 6 months out and down 95 pounds). Im into a size 8 pants whihc is insnae to me and a medium shirt. im not liking the look of my saggy body at this point which is semi-irritating. i cant wait till i can start looking into plastics in another year or so. well just wanted to say HI to everyone and hope you are all doing well.
Welcome back - sorry to hear about your personal life struggles - that's never an easy time. Stay strong.
As for the stall I think that's pretty normal around 6 months - it was for me - maybe a little later than that but I had a lot more to lose than you. Just don't let the personal life situations send you back to old habits - you'll only feel worse for it.
Sagging bodies - yeah, its depressing, but not as depressing as the sizes we used to wear!!

You got a full load happening. Sorry to hear about it all. I did it all but many years ago and not as a fresh post-op. You're doing fantastic -- I'll be sending positive energy and prayers your way - hang in there and stick the basics (focus on protein, water and vitamins). You deserve the special care you need right now. :0)
