Good Morning All!!
My food today was a "grab and toss" anything that I could grab quickly and get out of the house

B: toasted sandwich crisp with cream cheese and ricotta with splenda and cinnamon
S: fage
L: italian wedding soup (homemade)
S: cheddar cheese
D: maybe more soup or leftover lasagna
S: chocolate pudding

What's your plan for today?

Hi Liz - I have to run to Walmart at lunch to stock up on some stuff - didn't have any fruit at home. The day's plan is probably...

B:  Sausage & egg burrito
S:  Protein bar
L:  Tuna on Arnold Bakery Round; grapes
S:  Banana
D:  Salad w/chicken
S:  Nuts

I lost 2 lbs this past week (I weigh on Mondays) - so its still coming off - slowly, but surely!

S:  Cheese and apple
L:  soy burger with cheese and tomato
S:  cheese and tlc crackers
D:  Fish and salad
S:  Cheese...on a cheese kick today!

E:  karate then the gym

B: Skim milk and protein pretzels. I know.. it sounds like a weird mix of things
S: Cranberry juice.
L: LF shrimp bisque.. It has ony 1 gram fat, 10 carbs and 6 grams protein. Not to bad
S: Cheese stick
D:  Not sure
S: nanner slices and pb2.

B:  wheatena, greek yogurt, Chike!, 10 walnuts, 1 tsp flax seed oil
S:  Protein bar
L:  2 oz. chicken, verde salsa, 1/2 oz. cheese, s/f pudding
S:  skim milk, s/f syrup and s/f, decaf vanilla creme coffee
D:  Cheeseburger Turkey Meatloaf (Thanks Eggface!)
S:  Roasted Eggplant and cheese

I have to go to the store and get some of my staples.

B- Turkey taco meat with lf cheese and salsa
L- same as bfast (told u I had to go to the store!  LOL!)
S-protein shake
D- bbq chicken and green beans
