Grilled Split Lobster with Bouillabaisse Sauce
SERVES 4 ACTIVE TIME: 20 min TOTAL TIME: 20 min
2 Tbsp Wegmans Basting Oil
2 Tbsp Wegmans Butter, melted
4 West Australian cold-water split lobsters (Seafood Dept), thawed
Salt and pepper
1 pkg (8 oz) Wegmans Seafood Bouillabaisse Sauce, warmed
Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min.
- Blend basting oil and butter in small bowl. Drizzle on lobster meat.
- Clean grill with wire brush. Using soft cloth, coat grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.
- Place lobster on grill, shell side down; season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to MEDIUM-HIGH.
- Grill lobster about 15 min, until internal temp reaches 145 degrees; check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of lobster meat. Serve with warmed sauce.
