Finally under 200!

Well I finally broke the barrier on Thursday! 198 on Thursday, I did not post it as I was scared to death it would not stay....... I know I am nuts but it is a big milestone for me. 62 lbs in a little over 4 months. Yeah!!!! I had lost 30 before surgery so that brings the total to 92lbs gone forever. 48 to go to get to the Dr's goal and my stretch goal is 68 more which would put me at 130 which according to my height is where I should be.

It is great to have a collar bone that I can see again and this week I discovered my sternum.......... it is crazy but this was exciting!

Of course it's a big milestone. And you have every right to be excited!

I am excited for you. Congrats to you and keep up the great work. It's so exciting to get past those milestones you thought you would never reach. I am very happy for you and you deserve every pound you lose!
