Satruday February 28th!

As always we will partake in food and fun

meeting will be from noon - ????

ANy suggestions for food that you would like to see made WLS friendy? I'll work on recipes over the next week and be testing away!

Look forward to seeing you there!

My address is 65 Raubsville Road, Easton PA 18042 and my phone numbers are cell - 610-462-1204 and my house 610-438-0090.

We do ask for a small donation ( a few dollars is plenty!) or bring an ingredient - I'll post a list as it gets closer!

Liz

PS - So far the list looks something like this
Susan's Monkey Bread
Pam's Edemame Salad & Garbanzo salad
Val's Cheddar Stuffed mushrooms (if she is feeling up to coming)

As for my list

Shrimp patties
parmesan chicken fingers
a healthier version of french fries (this one will surprise even the biggest sceptic!)
Protein Cookies (thanks Shannon for the "base" recipe!)

I would love to come IF and thats a big IF I can find a sitter.  I love cooking and I have been looking for new stuff to cook since our surgeries.  Of course I would be a newbie but would love to meet all of you.  I will try to find a sitter.

we'd love to have you!! People who love to cook and well people who just love to eat are always welcome! lol

OUr next venture will have to be a child care operation! lol I don't think that hubby is up for that...

Hope that you can make it!

Liz

PS - all of the recipes are always easy & quick to make and use "normal" ingredients that are readily available at the grocery store (with the exception of the diabetisweet and sugar free choclate chips which are only available certain places)

I object!

Do you people realize I have a dinner party to go to right after this and MUST be able to eat something at the dinner?

How the hell am I gonna do that when there are things like parmesan chicken fingers and sf cookies on the menu?  Hmmmm???

Only kidding of course!  I can't wait!!!!
