9 month check up...
Ok on the details my 9 month at 10 months and one day! Everything is good with the iron levels still being low so I have to keep taking iron. My b12 levels were back up but still on the low end. I have lost 63% of excess body weight and down 103 pounds from the day of surgery and 136 pounds from my highest weight. Right now I am approximate 29-34 pounds away from my goal weight. Which once I get my butt back in gear working out will be much easier to achieve so that is my fault no one elses. So seems everything is right on track where it should be at this time in so many ways!

Shining brightly like any good pearl does!! You have sooo much to be happy about and have done such an AMAZING job!!! Way to go woman!
And I finally went to the gym today myself to start scoping out memberships so I'll be right back there with ya.....been slacking in that department and miss it terribly (who'd have thunk THAT would ever come outta my mouth???)

Wow! 63% of your excess weight is FANTASTIC!!! Simply fantastic! That goal weight is right around the corner and I know we'll all be celebrating that 100% with you soon enough!
I looked at the new pics of you and Dr. P and then remembered when I first met you at Liz's just a few short months ago. The difference I could see is amazing and you're absolutely beautiful.
