Another Great Meeting
Greg,
I'm still amazed that you actually wore a tuxedo to the meeting... on a Wednesday night... with NO WOMAN on your arm. But God bless ya, brother... you look great and if you're happy with the results, who am I to bust balls about a tuxedo??? LOL ;-)
Congratulations on your continued successing,
Mike

Thanks Mike! I had thought of bringing my wife but could not get a bbsitter. :) I think my wife will come to the one-year post op meeting (July 15th....close enough to my 7/28 date).
Fitting into my Grade 12 Tuxedo was a big personal milestone for me and I was very happy to share it with a group of people that truly understand these type of personal milestones. It was even NICER to hear people say "you know, I think the tuxedo is actually a little big on you".
I have a bunch more milestones to hit - and they change as time goes by - but this one was one of the only specific "I want to fit into *that outfit* ". That "category" is now scratched off my list. All other milestones are medical health (reach a BMI of xx, blood pressue level, etc), exercise (run at 6MPH for 25 minutes, do a 5km non-for-profit race by July 2009, do a chin up), general (i.e.: go down 1 more pant sizes, fit into a size 16" neck collar, hit 100lbs down from day of surgery, hit 199lb**** goal, below goal, maintain). As you can see - most of these I can't really "show" the group.
Always glad to amaze :) Thanks again Mike - you're a role model to many including myself!
