So for so good with sinus surgery
I got home from my sinus surgery around 1:00 this afternoon, and am having minimal pain, Thank God. The nurses and doctors at St. Mary's outpatient surgery center are fantastic. I felt like I was at Barix. Everyone treated me wonderfully, and my experience could not have gone more smoothly.
Just wanted to check in and let you all know how I made out today.
Huggles,
Trish

Hi Trish,
I'm very happy to hear that you had an uneventful surgery and that you're now home and recovering well.
I had sinus surgery back in 2001 for enlarged turbinates and a deviated septum <--it's always something with me huh? lol...Like you said, the pain was minimal and thank god for small favors cause I really can't imagine how a person would deal with having pain inside their face, ya know what I mean? Anyways, it was the guaze packing and the splint that drove me absolutely insane! I had to breathe thru my mouth so I ended up with severe cotton mouth and I was snoring sooooo loud, that I not only kept the rest of the house awake, but I kept waking myself up out of a sound sleep to boot!! LOL
I hope you're all fixed up now and as good as new!! Be sure to rest up and take it easy!

Trish, I'm sorry I am a few days late responding as I am just reading your post now. I'm so glad your surgery went went well and that as of the 18th, you were having minimal pain. Also thrilled to hear that you got such wonderful care at St. Mary's. I hope you are on the road to a smooth and complete recovery.
