One Year Post-Op Visit

Hi There!! I'm so glad you posted - miss you and Sr Jan so much! I know you guys are really busy and don't get a lot of time to post, but I'll never forget how wonderful you both made me feel by coming to visit me, a total stranger, in the hospital that day. Your wonderful attitudes and smiles made me feel better than the pain meds!!

I hope everything is going well for you - and thank you for so much encouragement and friendship - it means the world to me!

Big time congrat on the 1 yr!  You have done an amazing job.  Glad to hear your visit with the increcible Dr. Boe went well.  The down side to that is that after our 1 year visit with him - we have to wait one whole year before we can see him again.

When I went in December for my 1 year - at first I was disappointed that I had not reached my goal at the year mark and he told me the same as you.  Now at 14 months - Im still loosing and still felling so good. You will too.  I keep in my head that it took me over 40 years to pack all of that fat on - why would I be foolish enough to think that I could lose it all in a year.   Patience is a virtue...lol

You are doin so well  and I too want to echoe your sentiment about the support from this board and our group.  Keep on successing.
