Good Morning all!! I am just over 2 years out and here is the plan

B: fage and a whole grain english muffin with cream cheese
S: salami and cheese roll ups
L: antipasta salad
S: leftover steak and cheese
D: something with chicken breasts and green beans
S: protein cookie

E: as long as the weather cooperates Buddy and I will be going for a nice long walk

What's your plan?

Morning!  I have has some kind of stomach bug the last two days, and I havent figured out yet if its gone.  I just ate breakfast, so if I don't get sick, I guess it's gone. 

B:  cheereo's and skim with strawberries
S:  fage yogurt with chia seeds
L:  ham and cheese wrap with cucumber, diced green peppers
D:  turkey burger without the bun, tomato
S:  cheese
E:  as long as I am feeling well, I will be gong to karate...missed the last two nights

what is a chia seed? I just keep picturing those ceramic heads with the grass "hair" lol hope you aren't eating them!

so I had to know and guess what?!?! It is basically the same thing just without the cute head to put it in... maybe it will help with hair loss. LOL!

I use chia seeds in my yogurt. They really do not have a taste to them.  They are a Dr Oz "superfood" and he recommends you eat them before you  workout for energy.  I get them at my local healthfood store.

OK-I think I'm over this stomach crap I had going on, but we'll see...at least I have a plan today - more than I can say for the last two days.

B: Protein bar and 1% milk
S: Banana
L: Chicken salad w/lettuce; grapes
S: Banana w/sf pudding
D: Beef stew and salad
S: ???

Maybe a walk tonight with the dog - or my bike if I'm feeling up to it.
