Here's the plan.  There is a party at work tonight so I will have to be very dilligent in eating "my food" as by the list that is posted there is not much I should have.....and right now I'm hell bent on keeping myself on good behavior.  Wish me luck.

B:  2 cheesestics
S:  Roasted Red Pepper Soup
L:  Mozzarella salad which I am bringing to the "party"
S:  Probably nothing...but I will have stuff with me just in case.
D:  Buffalo Chicken Meatballs - I am sooo excited about this - I made them the other day and had a few - I had totally forgotten how freaking good they are!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I might just have to make them this week! I bet that they would freeze perfectly too and we could just pull a few out "As needed"

good luck with sticking to the plan! I have been doing good (with the exception of last night's rice from hell episode) even down 2 pounds! woohooo!

I'm not feeling too great today so I have no idea what will be on my menu today - bland food and hot tea most likely. Don't see anty exercise in my plans either. I'm home today for the holiday so I am working on laundry, but that will be about it' Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
