SUpport Group / Cooking Class -Easton PA

John got his schedule and surprise, surprise...he's working on the 28th!  And as though that wasn't enough, they rubbed salt in the wound and have him closing the store which means he has to work from from 2-11 p.m!! Any chance of us actually doing something special for the day is shot to **** now! Please excuse my potty mouth but I'm mad! Lowes is ruining my anniversary dammit!! 

Anyways, if I'm feeling well enough then I'm going to try to make it down to the cooking class by myself. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'm up for it because I miss you guys and I would really like to see all of you!  I won't be able to chow down with everyone though so if it's ok with you, I'll need to bring some safe foods with me to heat up..Don't worry, I won't hog the stove. I'm all about the microwave! I still plan on contributing that mushroom recipe I sent you though and I will of course bring all the ingredients with me.

Oh and by the way, I've decided that we all hate Lowes and we should boycott them until they give our John a decent day off of work ok?  We'll show them! LOL

Damn Lowes!!!! I'm going to Home Depot just on principal!!!!!

I hope that you do come!! I miss you!! I'll even come up with something mushy just for you! Maybe a homemade eggdrop soup?

*hugs* we'll help you celebrate!! Does John have to work sunday too? Maybe you can have your romantic day then!

hey Val, I will be trying to make it too.. I think I should be able to drive by then.  We will be sharing the need for "safe" foods, except that mine will be purely liquids.   I am going to bring jello with me so if i feel like sipping, I can.
