Hey, I was on the main board too! I just about have a freakin aneurysm every time I open a thread over there so you know it's bad when I start venturing over that way.
Ya gotta love the dramatic ones. There was a lady like that at Pocono Medical the last time I was there. She started out with the moaning and crying which of course was soo loud that you could probably hear her out in the waiting area but then as soon as they let her boyfriend in to see her, she started "growling" and it was nonstop until they finally went in to give her something for the pain. She must have been a 'regular" or was asking for something stronger/specific because you could hear the nurse telling her that they couldn't give her any narcotics since all her tests came back normal at which point the growling started all over again...lol

Pam that sounds super yummy! I'll have to try it - I have a few granny smith apples that are about a week old and because the skin isn't perfect I know Mr Picky won't eat them! Have to give this a whirl!

PS - I made some awsome cookies today, Shannon had sent me a recipe and well I put the "liz twist" on it lol they are SOOOOO good though! Super low (bad) carb and high in protein - but You'll have to come to the next support group if you want the secret recipe! lol that or be really nice to us and we'll share

I'll be there - if only for 2 hours, I'll be there I promise! I just made a hair appointment that morning at a place on Freemansburg Ave. It's at 9am and I am getting the works done....cut, full highlights, and a blow out...so I figure I'll be there till about 11 or 11:30ish and then I'll come to your house. So not only do you get to see me...you'll get to see me all "done up" too, LOL Just don't make me work to hard - need to keep the hair nice for dinner that night for the bday boy!
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

After I posted, I remembered seeing your recipes after the class, sorry. I guess I am too anxious! I think that is a wonderful idea that you would write a cookbook! It will be a best seller for sure.
Thompsontown is in Central PA in Juniata County. Just a little rural town about 40 miles west of Harrisburg on the way to State College.
