Does anyone know of a doctor

He is a bit further than the Bethlehem Dr.....but I used Dr Mitchell  http://www.themitchellcenter.com/  He is in Allentown.  My mom used him when she had to have her psych eval done.  When we were all done, he asked if I needed anything else.  He said he would forward his recommendation to my PCP and Dr Bonanni.  I mentioned the MMPI test thing, he said to contact Dr B and my insurance company, if they needed one....let him know, he'd send it to me to complete.

I paid $75 after insurance!

I had to pre pay my appt but I did get reimbursed the full amount.   My surgeons office set the appt up for me.  I think you get in quicker that way.  I hope all goes good for you and you find one that can help you.
