****Valentines Day Roll Call****

Good Morning Everyone,
I am up late and realized that I had not been in here lately, so I thought I would say "Happy Valentines Day" and start the Roll Call today.

My Saturday has me cleaning and getting my apartment ready so that I will be able to rest when I have my surgery on Wednesday.  Sinus surgery is not my favorite thing, as I have had it before, but I am so desperate with the yucky stuff that my sinuses are producing, I would let the doc do whatever he wants while he is in there, as long as I can breath clean air when he is done.

I also will be hitting my AA meeting this afternoon.  Then, in the evening, some divorced and widowed, unattached friends and I will either hit a movie, or do something at a friend's house.  Girls Night Out type thing.  Nothing exciting.  We are all middle aged church ladies, so we definitely won't be hitting the clubs.  An exciting evening for me i****ting A.C. Moore and buying yarn.  LOL

I hope that no matter what your plans are you are able to show some love to someone, especially someone who might be lonely this weekend.

Hugs,
Trish

Happy Valentines Day!

Morning Trish.  Well today finds me back in receiving at work.  Usually I hate being back there but today won't be so bad.  This way I can hide from all of the last minute Valentine shoppers.  I hate this holiday LOL.  I'll just have to deal with the randy vendors that hit on me.  God they must be desperate!  I'll be done at 1:30 and I really dont have many plans other than resting because I will head back into work at 3AM for a short Sunday shift.

I hope you all have a wonderful day.  For those that enjoy this day..... Have a wonderful Valentines!

GM ladies,

I just am rolling in from another awesome Friday night date.  Valentines Day will have me cleaning the house and catching up on some office paperwork.  In the early evening - we will be introducing our 6 kids to each other.  I have now officially met his girls and he has met my crew - so tonight they will all meet each other.

They are an incredible bunch of young people if i do say so myself.  The rest of the holiday weekend I am continuing to heal from my recent Surgery and just enjoying some relaxation.

Hi,

There is a great romance novel out by Susan Wiggs, I think, called 21 Wishes.  I think the concept of the book is a great idea.  I was just wondering, if we all thought about it, what would be one of our 21 wishes.  Can be serious or frivolous.   My first multi-phase  frivolous wish is..

Have a girls day out complete with a total body makeovers, then being limo driven with to a five star restaurant with live music all located somewhere near the beach. After that, we meet our special someone waiting for us as we take off our shoes in the sand and run along the shore line in the moonlight.  Aaaaaaaahhhhhh

Anyway, today I will be waiting for my checks to show up.  Maybe that is the primary wish.  I hope you all have a great day!

Morning All!!!
Today, nothing too special.  Bloodwork at 9:30, then home to do some laundry and clean a little.  I meet my trainer at the gym at 2 for an hour, then I am going to attempt to make a sugar free red velvet cake that I saw on bariatriceating.com. It was their recipe of the week.  One of my co-workers is constantly talking about red velvet cake...so, low and behold, there was a s.f. one to make....how ironic!  That's my day in a nut shell...Hope everyone has a special valentine's day to share with their significant other!

Happy Valentine's Day Everyone!!

Today has me going into Phila to finish clearing out the rest of the non essential stuff and trash from our big move.  Then it will be home and do some class work and mark some 2nd grade tests ...possibly read a new book while hubby works on getting his office/excersise room organized!!  I hope he gets that done today so he can be on his computer again !!! LOL But also I hope it can get done so I can get back to my work out routine---all the time spent packing and unpacking has messed up my routine!!  But then again, lifting and carrying and running up and down the steps have probally been workouts in themselves!!!

Anyways enjoy this beautiful day!!!  Happy Valentine's Day to all!!

Much luv!!! XOXOXO

Laura

Happy Valentines day everyone. Today finds me enjoying a lazy sort of Saturday. already took the dog for a good walk, fed him, had some breakfast and we played - now he's asleep at my side and my other valentine is still in bed. He said he was taking me out to breakfast but at this rate I'm thinking it will be brunch!

A single friend is coming by this afternoon for a visit - hubby and I exchange cards and thats about it - we might go out to dinner tomorrow night and make Sunday nights our date night.

Other than that not much on my agenda. Hope you all have a great day.=

Happy V-day everyone!

I should have been out the door a half hour ago, but in typical HG fashion, I got side tracked!  I am heading down to Sea Isle City to hang out with Dennis and Beth and some others to watch a few of them participate in the Polar Bear Plunge....you couldn't pay me enough to do that.  Of course, if God wanted to magically transform my body into play boy centerfold material, I might consider it

Have a great day.

Well....yesterday we ended up NOT seeing the movie.  We went to the promenade and had dinner at red robin - and the line for the theater entrance was almost around the building.  We had time to get tickets even so - but didn't feel like dealing with THAT big of a crowd.  So instead we walked around the promenade shops and had a lovely evening out.

Today is kind of up in the air. We were planning on going BACK to the promenade today to catch an afternoon movie - but hubby isn't feeling real well :(  I already have on a pot of roasted red pepper soup which I have been wanting to try.

If we don't go to the movies I will probably run out and look at some gyms in the area.  Then it will be home and dinner and just chilling on the couch.  I also will probably end up making him sugar cookies - we don't exchange gifts - but I do have two cards for him to open.

Have a lovely valentines day, and please know you are ALL my valentine and I love you all!

Pam

Sorry about the movies Pam!

I've never encountered that there.

We're going to see Coraline sometime today, and fortunately, I already have our tickets. I buy them at the credit union and get them at a discount.
