Good Morning! I am 2 years out

B: 1/2 bagel with l/f cream cheese
S: fage yogurt
L: mabye a wrap from subway
S: cheese
D:shrimp
S: choc pudding

I am flying by the seat of my pants today, we had no power last night so I couldn't prep anything. Ended up having PB&J for dinner in the dark! lol

B:  jimmy dean lite breakfast sandwich....was really getting tired of protein shakes every morning...needed a break
S:  cheese
L:  we are having "salad day" at work.  Everyone contributes an item and we make our own salads
D:  hmmmm.....not sure yet

B: Double scoop protein shake (48g) (after workout)
L: 1/2 c. southwest chicken with sauce (28g)
     string cheese (8g)
D: ???
total without dinner: (84g

E: Treadmill and strength!!
